Do you deliver outside of Grey Bruce?
Yes! We deliver throughout Grey Bruce and many surrounding areas. Delivery availability depends on your location and site conditions. Contact us with your address, and we’ll be happy to confirm delivery options and provide a quote.
Can I customize my shed, bunkie, or pavilion?
Absolutely. We offer a variety of customization options, including window and door placement, the number of windows and doors, stain colours, and other design features. Our goal is to build a structure that meets your needs. If we have any concerns regarding your requested modifications, we’ll discuss them with you before construction is completed.
My property has a fence, uneven terrain, or limited access. Can you still deliver?
In a lot of cases, yes! We are fully equipped with a tilt-and-load trailer and a specialized shed mule designed to navigate right into your backyard.
To make it happen, we just need to ensure there is enough clearance. We require a pathway that is at least 3 feet wider than the shed to account for the width of the roof eaves (click here for example).
If you measure your space and find you are a bit short on width, don’t worry! Please reach out to us anyway. We can evaluate your yard via a video call or a site check—sometimes we can still find a way to get it in, or we can look into having it craned in. If all else fails, we also offer onsite assembly so you can still get the exact shed you want.

What building materials do you use, and does it affect pricing?
We handcraft our structures using locally sourced White Pine, available in two distinct series to match your style and budget:
Fresh + Rough Cut Series: A beautiful, rustic, and more economical option featuring fresh-sawn lumber with a textured finish.
Premium Kiln Dried + Smooth Inside Series: A premium upgrade featuring wood that has been kiln-dried for maximum stability and planed smooth on the interior for a refined, finished appearance.
Pricing varies depending on the material series you select, as well as the size and customization of your structure.
